Exchanges & Returns.

Please choose mindfully, our pieces are all handmade and one of a kind, we do not give refunds based on change of mind. Exchanges are only given if item is damaged/faulty and for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged unless damaged/faulty. No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items.

Damaged & Lost Items.

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for any items that have been lost during transit. You will need to contact me with your order number and I will lodge an enquiry on behalf of you. I may replace items if they are defective or damaged pending inspection once received and inspected by me. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact for senders postage details.

Processing Times.

All items are processed and shipped from Australia within 2-3 business days using Australia Post. If you are concerned about the safety of your package, I recommend choosing a trackable delivery option and if you need it in a hurry, we also offer express shipping at checkout.

International Shipping.

Yes! we do ship worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on country of buyer. Please be mindful that delivery times may vary due to COVID-19. We also offer express shipping at checkout.
